Finlay Remembers That Foul Evening Where He Heard the Banshees Howl

Fit Finlay vs. Tony St. Clair CWA 6/14/92 - GREAT

PAS: This was a nasty little cage match with Finlay in full WCW Finlay asskicking mode. He lays in some really sharp forearms and great straight punches to St. Clair's nose. He brutalizes St. Clair for the first part of the match, until he misses a punch and jams his arm through the cage, which is a fun Finlay style spot. It is kind of a strange cage, more like a Hell in the Cell without a roof surrounding the ringside. It allows them to brawl on the outside, and St. Clair does a good job of firing back, and has a nice cut leaking red into his perm. Finish was a bit odd for a cage match with Finlay removing the ring padding early but it backfiring and he takes a nasty Psicosis style ringpost bump and gets counted out, count out in a cage match is some BS, but I liked the rest of this a lot.
