Traditional Championship Wrestling, an Arkansas based indie that recently started a web/TV show, is advertising Finlay for their “Holiday Homecoming” event on December 3rd.
The TV show has only been on for a few weeks at this point, so I am not sure if the "bigger" names they bring in each month (This month’s show featured appearances from Doug Somers and Rodney Mack, Jay Lethal is advertised for October, and Tommy Rich is advertised for November) will be featured on TV.
Lawler is featured in matches on episodes one and two (http://www.traditionalwrestling.net/media1.shtml), so the Tommy Rich and Fit Finlay matches might air.

Added the just announced 10/16 match in Stockton, CA, which means I'll be seeing Finlay live at least 3 times this year!
